Trail of Tears Lodge & Resort is 425 acres of private land located in southernmost Illinois adjacent to thousands of gorgeous acres of Shawnee National Forest and south of the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail.
Our full service, smoke free B & B Resort consists of a modern and spacious 6,000 square foot Lodge, a public
Restaurant where you can dine inside or on the awesome stone courtyard with fountain and waterfall,
seven small but quaint sleeping rooms with private, modern conveniences, as well as an upstairs Great Room with Big Screen TV.
There is also a pool table and putt putt golf, & swimming pool outside.
Enjoy our famous All-U-Can Eat catfish, chicken & shrimp entrees' for $9.99 or choose Steaks, BB Ribs, Cajun Cookin,
Frog Legs & more from our great menu. Also available are beer & spirits or selections from our local wineries.
Our Specialty Drink is our Trail Cooler in Blue Raspberry, Lime, Mango, Peach, Pomegranite or Strawberry.
Hours are 4-9 Friday & Saturday, and on Sunday by Reservation Only.
Groups of 6 or more, please call ahead for a group reservation.
The original farmhouse cabin with a kitchen, full bath, two bedrooms and a front room can house families or groups. Camping
and limited hookups are available with a campground shower & amenities provided.
We host weddings, family reunions, retreats and your special event or attend one of our National Events
or enjoy live entertainment evenings and make a special memory.
We are your home away from home with several outdoor recreational activities available and
events scheduled through out the year.
